Tasting comments: A full-bodied wine with rich and lingering, gamey aromas layered with dense berry fruit flavours. Concentrated, spicy mouthful backed by well- integrated oak. The wine is drinking well now, but will develop further with 3-5 years bottle maturation. Enjoy with food dishes such as roast beef, duck and venison.
